Can I cancel my booking?
Of course. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. After that, the cancellation terms set out below for each season apply.
In accordance with European regulations and in the absence of any other agreements, the following cancellation fees will be charged in the event of cancellation of the entire booking, calculated as a percentage of the total cost of the stay:
- up to 30 days before arrival: 0%
- from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30%
- from 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50%
- from 6 days before arrival/no show: 100%
- late arrival, early departure, changes to arrival and departure dates: 100%
