What if something comes up and you can’t travel? Here’s everything you need to know before cancelling your holiday in Arabba.
In accordance with European regulations and in the absence of any other agreements, the following cancellation fees will be charged in the event of cancellation of the entire booking, calculated as a percentage of the total cost of the stay:
- up to 30 days before arrival: 0%
- from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30%
- from 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50%
- from 6 days before arrival/no show: 100%
- late arrival, early departure, changes to arrival and departure dates: 100%

Travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung
Lots of things can happen between booking a holiday and setting off. To avoid having to pay cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
What it covers:
- Cancellation: cancellation fees in the event that you cannot start your trip, up to the cost of the selected trip (no excess)
- Interruption: reimbursement of travel services booked but not used
- Delayed arrival: reimbursement of additional costs for food and accommodation during the journey to the destination, up to €600.00
