Things you should know
The WiFi network can be used in the rooms and in the common areas of the ground floor, and it is FREE.
The wellness area is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the Chalet Barbara.
Beginning at 16.00, access to this area is prohibited for minors of age 14 or less.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the guest rooms.
Additional charge for a double room used as a single: 50% per day.
Late check-out: €40.00 per room, subject to availability.
Reduction for children in extra beds: 0-3 years 70%, 3-6 years 50%, 6-12 years 30%, over 12 years 20%.
Arrival: the room can be occupied from 15.00 onwards.
Departure: the room and the hotel services remain available to you until 10.00.
Deposit: only reservations with written confirmation accompanied by a non-refundable deposit are considered to be final, and are payable through the ‘Click to Pay’ system on our website or through a bank transfer.
For late arrival or for early departure, the price of the overnight stay will be charged.
You can sign up for trip cancellation insurance on our website.
Payment methods: cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard. We do not accept: American Express and Diners.
